Born and raised in Singapore, Miwa has a mixed racial background from Singapore, Indonesia and China. Since 2006, she has specialized working in the Retail & Loyalty space across international markets in Europe and Asia Pacific, serving both Brand Principals and Retailers under different capacity within Business Development, Sales and Marketing functions. She now transfers the knowledge and experiences into her Consulting work.
Certified as an Organizational Coach and a member of the International Coach Federation, Miwa finds meaning and purpose in Coaching and has a heart for people development. She hopes to leverage on her corporate and cross-cultural experiences to help maximize the potential in each individual, in achieving their desired goals at their current season in life.
Miwa currently lives in Hong Kong where she works as an Independent Business Consultant & Coach to support both individuals and enterprises to close their existing gaps. She speaks native English and Mandarin, and is fluent in Cantonese, Bahasa Indonesia and French languages.
